AI-native image infrastructure

AuraImage is AI-native image infrastructure — the image CDN your AI coding agent installs for you. It replaces the image pipeline you would otherwise assemble by hand with one endpoint your agent wires into the project behind a single confirm.

The old way

S3SharpLambdaCDNImage-optimization service

Five services to glue together and babysit: upload buckets, resize functions, deploys, caching rules, egress bills. You maintain every hop.

The AI-native way

AI coding agentAuraImage

One endpoint for upload, transforms, and delivery. Your AI coding agent installs it behind a single confirm.

The pipeline you assemble and maintain

The classic image layer is the S3 + Sharp + Lambda pipeline with a CDN in front and an image-optimization service bolted on. Every piece works; the assembly is the problem. Uploads need signed URLs against the bucket. Resizes need a function you deploy and keep warm. Format negotiation, cache keys, and placeholders are glue code you write and re-write. And each hop bills you separately — storage, compute, egress, optimization — across five dashboards that do not know about each other.

The image layer your agent installs

The new shape has two nodes: your AI coding agent and AuraImage. The agent runs the install — MCP server or agent skill — and wires project setup, upload flows, components, and env vars behind a single confirm. From then on the whole image layer is one endpoint: upload to it, transform through the URL, deliver from the edge. What used to be a sprint of integration work is now a step in your agent's plan.

What makes infrastructure AI-native

Four criteria. A product either meets them or it belongs to the dashboard era.

Agent-installable, end-to-end

One command inside Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or Windsurf. The MCP server and agent skill carry project setup, components, upload flows, and env wiring — behind a single confirm.

One endpoint, not five services

Upload, transform, and deliver through a single deterministic URL grammar. No buckets to configure, no resize functions to deploy, no cache rules to reconcile.

Edge-native delivery

Transforms happen once at the edge and cache forever. AVIF negotiated by default, BlurHash placeholders included, $0 egress.

Telemetry an agent can read

LCP telemetry, usage analytics, llms.txt, and Markdown at every URL — the feedback loop is machine-readable, so the agent that installed it can also operate it.
